I was treated so well! The staff, nurses and physcians show real concern! And the emergency room experience was amazing! I was taken to a room within 3 minutes and the physician came in immediately! All tests were done right away! Really have to say best hospital experience I have ever had.

I've never had a bad experience at CCH. The staff are friendly and efficient.
Most of the time I or my family member is seen right away. Once my husband came by ambulance and had to wait in the ER hall far too long, but the staff still was courteous and as helpful as could be that day of being super busy in the ER.

If I could rate it lower than 1 star, I would. This hospital is untrustworthy. May be good for pregnancy and maternity care, but that’s it. My stepdad was noticeably unable to walk, and they had even been discussing potentially sending him to a physical rehab treatment center, but for some ungodly reason they decided to actually send him while he was still clearly physically incapable of being able to walk and support himself! Shortly after his arrival home he fell 3 more times within 10-15 minutes, twice outside our house and once inside. He should not have been sent home in this condition and the hospital’s decision to discharge him was unavoidably detrimental to him. He is obviously severely injured and unable to walk. Countless other times the hospital has also been uncaring and lacking in sufficient treatment quality.

Please, if you want to ensure that you and/or your family stay happy and healthy, do not go to this hospital unless it is an emergency or it is the only option available for you. We are fortunate to have much better hospitals nearby like John’s Hopkins in Baltimore and George Washington University Hospital in D.C., where I’m sure they can make more educated and liable decisions than a careless local hospital who probably puts undereducated interns in charge of making decisions.

Long story short, be wary of this hospital. Make sure to ask if they are making the right decisions or not.
