I was in the ER today and my nurse was Nicole. She was the best. I've always had good nurses but Nicole has compassion, she really cares, she makes sure she did all she could to make me feel comfortable, she communicates, so considerate, respectful and I could and on. She is such a sweetheart. I felt like everything was going to go the best it could be. She's a great nurse and I give HER 5 stars. Shes young and I'm so impressed and proud of her.

Review for Cascade Cafe inside the hospital.
The people in the cafeteria are all so friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and there's a decent selection from healthy to comfort food.

Very impressed with this neighborhood hospital. From the time I stepped into the facility and left, the staff couldn't be more courteous, accommodating, and helpful during my stay. Thank you to these hard working people.

the triage nurse was by far the rudest person I've ever encountered. our son went through a sliding glass door the day before and had 45 staples and a bunch of stiches in his leg. Grays Harbor hospital was amazing but when we made it back home he was in a lot of pain. the triage nurse treated my 9 year old son like garbage, snapping and yelling at him to quite moving and making the door make clicking sounds, mind you, he only made some painful groans, was sitting completely still, in pain but moving his arm around after 2 hrs of waiting. I will never go to this place again and I highly advise everyone to avoid this Debbi/Debora. I understand that nurses are under a lot of stress and its a hard job but there is no excuse to treat a child like they're "faking" pain . completely disgusting

i visited the Emergency Department Sunday night and sat in the emergency room for two hours in PAIN. No one came in to check on me or updated me. I hearded the staff just talking away. It was not busy at all. Finally my wife and I just left. I'm very disappointed. I won't go to that emergency room agian if it needed.
