The people are very sweet but honestly, unless you're not going to make it to another hospital, try another hospital...I've always been told it was a miracle I even survived that place and after what my grandmother went through, I agree. Their website for paying bills isn't user friendly in the least and their financial office NEVER has their information together. I've never struggled so much with paying bills.
3 stars is generous and the extra star is for the majority of the nurses and doctors being sweet.

Amazing staff and healing environment. I was treated for an emergency surgery and, compared to the many other hospitals I’ve experienced, I was able to recover in beautiful, quiet surroundings. the doctors and nursing staff took care of me throughout the stay and carefully monitored my healing process. I stayed for 17 days and couldn’t eat for several days so they gave me a picc line nutrition support. They also treated me for chronic fatigue caused by anemia—so I received two iron infusions and magnesium and potassium infusions. I left much healthier and happier than when I arrived.

Diane was flippant, rude, negligent and very unclear. I was in a lot pain and tried to communicate with her multiple times but it was like talking to a wall.

Thank goodness for the other staff who were incredibly helpful and professional and eventually helped me to get the treatment I was looking for.

I would consider training/re-training Diane at the front desk of ER in communication, empathy, and customer service in order to create a better experience for future patients.

They are beyond slow and not thorough whatsoever. I've been in this emergency room going on 6 hours for something that should have taken 2 hours max. Not to mention the waiting room was swarmed with people who really needed to see a doctor but priority went to those with not as serious issues. Terrible staff and overall dont waste you time.

It’s quite pitiful and shameful that your responses to every single low rated review have just been copy pasted and in some cases the name not even changed. This is disgusting and you should be shut down immediately. My friend went and had to wait several hours just for some help. Fire everyone working there immediately and hire competent HUMAN workers. Disgusting. Grotesque. Awful. SAD!
