My mammogram appointment was scheduled for 9:30 on Dec. 26th. I checked in for my appointment at 9. I didn’t get called back for my mammogram until after 10. Not once did any staff reach out to me and apologize for the wait or let myself or anyone else know why they were so far behind. I think common courtesy would’ve gone a long way with the receptionist. The Radiology tech was very courteous.
I came in for a Total Knee Replacement 4/17/18. I went home about 6 PM on 4/19/18. My surgery and care went great and I am scheduled to do it again 9/18/18 for the other knee. My care was outstanding and I have no complaints. Update....9/18/18 Total Knee Replacement was also a success story. I received very good care for this stay in the hospital as well as the first. Would not hesitate to use this facility again if needed.
The best experience ever I've been going through cancer. For 5-6 I've been fighting cancer and the team at Sarah cannon is the best. Thank you Jesus for Dr. Talley and his Team. Love them all😊
The girls are wonderful, but two times in a row l had difficulty get my pump disconnected. Damn-!!!- l just wanted it disconnected !!! One time someone forgot to schedule my appointment to return 48 hrs. later so i sat for 30 minutes until , well it was completely uncomfortable, but someone finally admitted that they made a mistake. No apologies either time. The second encounter , well it doesn't matter. I still pay my co-pays and this is just part of my Centerpoint experiences. I'm stuck in a rut, but l need my Chemo and l have the best Dr. that any one could ask for.I spent 30 days in the hospital, and was the worst experience I've ever had. It sucked~!!! I would not take my dog to Centerpoint. St. Mary's in Bluesprings is so much better. BOO~!!! to Centerpoint .
Yes last September I went to the emergency room with pains in my upper thigh region into my growing and the nurse practitioner diagnose me with a hernia. Two days later I was admitted to North Kansas City hospital and diagnosed that my entire right leg was completely blood clot it off. And again three days ago I went to Centerpoint with my son who is six years old with pains in his abdomen he was diagnosed with mono I don’t feel that fits the situation and my trust for the hospital is all but gone I believe this is another missed diagnosis and will find out as soon as I take him to the emergency room in North Kansas City again
