Had two middle-of-the-night ER trips here and the staff were great. The only downside is that on the first visit they didn't realize it was worse than "here have some painkillers" and at the second visit they should have admitted him (at Parkview) so now I'm at ER visit three. But the staff is friendly, and I've also been here for a CT scan and everyone was great then as well.

Doctor baier was very rude, seemed like he just wanted to get off work. Very unprofessional. EMT on duty was amazing. So were nurses but doctor ruined whole experience and made me feel like I should never come back.... will tell friends never to come here because of doctor......

My mother complaint that in the pharmacy branch the guards were harassing her over some coffee idioms set out for patient waiting. In, the while she is waiting for her prescription. They told her to go home and that she was trespassing.
She is a fall case factor. And dropped her coffee. But, they made her leave any way. Their story may differ, but she said last night she had to go pick up medicine and see two doctor's. So, she went today.
If someone could please make a complaint to my Uncle whom founded & foundation the branches of St.Mary-Corwin...
I am not to happy with how (anonymous) people were treated.

awful hospital. my aunt (who has now passed away because of this hospital!) was left alone in a hospital bed practically hanging off. it took them TWO hours after request for a nurse to get her into a comfortable position and to refill her WATER!!!! she was really sick, couldn't eat at all, but they would just give her meatloaf and leave her there. we eventually moved her into a hospital in Denver and she died because she couldn't get a transplant she needed because she was too weak. she was too weak because they wouldn't give her any nutrients for 5 whole days!!!!!! awful bedside manner, too, very rude and short nurses and the doctors aren't helpful either. they almost sent my grandpa out when he had a fractured hip after one day so he could just go home and completely break it! if you want your loved one to live, do not go to this hospital.

I have heard bad things and read bad so something might be wrong but I personally have gotten excellent treatment and service. Here is my theory from observation and from knowing people and listening. I think it might have to deal with people's empathy for people working there and how they react to emergencies. Some people ask for too much and some not enough. Some cry or get stressed out and excited and that is natural some get frustrated and upset, their voices raise. And from a workers standpoint it's fatiguing and maybe they think you are being a squeaky wheel. So take a deep breath and ask for help nicely. Be firm but never raise your voice or badger a worker simply because it just doesn't work. They are human and have the same ability to get upset at work. Take a deep breath and explain your situation and then wait your turn.
