Great experience getting a cast for my daughter

Clean friendly no problems with testing done there.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Forced me to get a tetanus shot I didn't need. Then threatened to ruin my credit when my insurance wouldn't cover it. Was told they were in my network but this is the third bill they sent me. I've already paid them almost $300 for two office visits and now they want $60 more. This is even after they billed my insurance for those same office visits. They are the most money hungry organization I have ever encountered and their customer service skills are below zero. From now on, I will be driving to Clinton. Won't be stepping foot in their clinic in Mount Carroll or the hospital ever again. Wost mistake I made.

Unless you or your loved one is absolutely dieing, still try to get to KSB in Dixon. This place sucks! Unnecessary procedures, WAY over priced. Some of the staff seems to be hired out of a circus. Just, do not go here!

My family member has been sick with this flu and bs has been running high, she got into Dr today and we waited 2 hours and still hadn't seen Dr. Dr. was talking and she's retiring so extra talking to patients. I understand but if she was being worked into a appointment they could have had her come in at 1130 instead of 10. Needless to say family member was tired and didn't want to wait any longer, left without being seen.
