I found everyone professional and courteous right from the beginning at registration. The ladies in the MRI department were so pleasant, conscientious and considerate. My wait time was non existant. I am very glad I decided on UPMC Cole! 5 star ALL THE WAY!

I wish there was a rating lower than one star. This place is garbage, make sure you plan an all day trip for every appointment of any kind. They will keep you waiting for hours to do one simple task that takes 2 minutes in a real hospital. Garbage.

Took my wife to ER on a Saturday morning in May. She had pain in her back and started to shivering. They determined that she had a kidney infection. Admitted her to provide IV antibiotics for three days. I remember the days when Cole was outdated, care not good. This trip we were both pleased with the professional friendly staff. Through their care, she fully recovered. I recently attended one on one diabetic education. Provider was knowledgeable and helpful. For those not famiar with rural America, you might consider the response to be slow. We found them to be thorough, not rushed. Would I elect to have open heart surgery here? Probably not but only because there are well known hospitals that specialize in those procedures. For post op cardiac care and rehab, yes I would consider Cole.
