I thought the er at Nebraska medicine was bad, (370 &25th). The Dr are at Midlands is not any better. They have no clue on anything and tell you this is wrong when it's not. Gives you meds or tells you to take something when you can't. My daughter suffers from seizures, thank God there was 1 doctor that knew what type she had and recommended a specialist in Omaha. The other doctors looked like retards.

Our experience in the ED was great. Thank you. Hospital Admission is ridiculous and not comforting with a Virtual Physician. Too many Dr's in care of my husband. The Physicians are too busy with other scheduled duties to actually give a care and come up with a good plan, agreeing on a plan, and following through with a plan. Nursing staff did not really know what was going on and had different views of the situation. Release home was like a boot out the door and a post follow up with a surgeon was not reassuring.

If you're looking for a company that has the following criteria please by all means carry on 1. Your statement will always be wrong. 2. Their customer service reps do not understand English very well and there is miscommunication. 3. If you are making payments on a regular basics you better call and make arrangements or they (even though your paying) will turn you into collections. Balances under 100 are included. 4. To talk to a manager plan on sitting on hold for over 25 minutes...numerous times to try and get your bill taken care of. 5. If your HSA pays your bill make sure you keep track, they will not collect payments from their PO Box address. If you plan on staying with CHI good luck to you. You will need it.

No one ever answers the phones. Good luck EVER getting an appointment here. I’ve been told for months they are “short staffed” so it must be pretty hard to find someone to answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
