They gave me way too much Benadryl through my IV. I had more of anxiety than what I had. He didn’t want to help me. He was being very rude and ugly. I didn’t like my visit.

Heartless, Terrible, rude people! My father in law passed away, he had a heart attack and was rushed in but passed before they arrived. From what the neighbors told us. When we arrived to see him, the lady in the emergency department was the only person we could find, we told her the situation and gave her his name and she said, oh yeah room 11. Just go around the wall.... When we arrived at room 11 my father in law was lying there in a room, no one came to talk to us, nobody told us anything, we had no information, no Doctors came in.. NOTHING! At this point we were just wanting to gather his belongings, and get him out of there. We had to track someone down to tell them what we wanted done and they could not get the information correct, he kept asking us to repeat everything. And he was rude. The security guard had his belongings and refused to release his items to his brother that was there before us, he did not ID anyone but handed everything over. We then found out from a neighbor what happened. We were treated as if we were a burden, my husband and brother in law were with me... They just lost their father... These people are incredibly rude. I understand that this is just another day at work for them, but treating people that badly after they lost someone is terrible. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Very unprofessional, unpleasant, and inhospitable.

RUDE !!! RUDE !!! RUDE !!! My mother was brought in today after having had a bad fall. The attending physician did not even take time to answer questions, and just walked out the door. So I later phoned the hospital and I was told she had a sprain. My mom was in excruciating pain, and yet she was sent home with no prescription for pain medication, not even for 1-2 days until she could see her own doctor. Then no one was available to help assist in getting her into the car (she could not walk). I am simply horrified that ANYONE is being treated in such a terrible manner. Patients beware!

Very unproffesional they do not help u feel better Had my pressure up and they were making it worse they didnt help in anyway a waist of money from my insurance ... Dont go here! Forgot to mention my personal info was spoken out loud also very unproffesional

Ridiculous rude and careless nurses, they are not equipped or trained properly. They make too many careless mistakes. Id rather make the trip further out to another hospital than to put my life in the hands of these people.
