As an active duty military officer, I’ve essentially had the closest thing to Socialized health care and my experience is 99% military medical visits. Due to after hours care, I needed an emergency room coming though Kingsville and went to this amazing place. They were polite, competent, and so efficient. I expected an entire Friday night waiting in the Emergency Room, but was pleasantly surprised that they were quick and got me patched up and on my way. This was one of the top 3 medical experiences I’ve had in my life. I can’t recommend this great group of people and hospital more. Thanks Spohn Kingsville!

I've stayed at many Hospitals and this was by far the best. I'm from New Orleans and if it's not life threatening I'll make the drive. All of the staff down to the housekeepers were top notch. Thank y'all for taking care of me during my darkest time. Much Love!! Randall

Horrible experience after being in a collision I was admitted to this hospital, let it be known I was in terrible back pain and I was left in a under construction room for hours until they remembered I was there, they ran a ct scan on me and took off all my personal belongings and never returned them. Also in there polices if it is an emergency visit by law they have to help with reducing the pain, and they did not do one thing about it. In addition they did not take my vitals instead they assumed and approximated everything on paper work. Before discharging me they took my blood pressure only and since it was normal reading they discharged me. All I want is my personal property back. Be advised no one helps nor security nor any employee they just give me the run around that they don’t know where it is.

This ER department is a joke. Hardly any employees around when you need them. I waited more than an hour for discharge papers that didn't even seem to be coming. Tried to ask the RN for an update prior to the one hour mark and she didn't respond or react to my question at all. I would rather drive an hour away to Corpus or two hours away to the Valley to receive better care.
