Mr. Thomas

Had a CT Scan done. Staff was very professional and efficient.

My Dad was on the 3rd floor for a week. The staff was the best. They were very good with my dad, and they were very attentive to our needs. I don't think you will find a better staff anywhere.

I was seen in the ER on June 23rd. I was examined and treated quickly. The staff was attentive and courteous. The facility was clean and welcoming. I would not have received care as quickly at any surrounding ER. Citizens is my provider of choice for these reasons.

Thank you Citizens! We are grateful to you for caring for my son who had a sickle cell crisis. Dr. Ike and the nursing staff saw him within 10 minutes of entering the ER. A nurse who remembered him as a little boy even stopped by to speak to him. Some wondered about the little boy who was frequently in the hospital in crisis. Many staff members remembered him being a patient in your hospital. Your staff has been viewed as our extended family. Doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, cnas, dietery, intake, administrators and the entire staff... Thank you!!! We drove an hour and a half to get him to take him to the hospital that has cared for him all of his life (19 years).......Citizens BMC.... By the way, my son is a sophomore at Auburn University. I am truly grateful for the care you continue to provide for my son.. Grateful mother, Laura Harris-Whitfield
