My nurse (Jean-Pierre) was amazing. The doctors and other staff were also great. My wait time was very short for the ER. I took away a star because my room had blood on the floor that didn’t belong to me, so I kept my shoes on the entire time.

My 9yo thanked me for her hospital stay in the PICU. It just goes to show how nurse Bridgette, Loren, Crystal and Dr. Bhatiste helped her (in her own 9yo words) "I feel like I am at home and I am better."

Thank you for some wonderful memories during her battle against asthma & pnuemonia.

Went in with a painful knee injury was given one dose of a mild pain killer. Knee was wrapped with an ace bandage. Pain all night long. Went to a real doctor the next morning was given pain meds that should have been given the night before. Would have done better in staying home or going to patient first. Don't waste time or money even driving there. Got a follow up call from the hospital the next day. No concern just we are sorry no excuse for sorry service

This is the worse Hospital in Richmond Virginia . I was taken in by Rescue squad for Anxiety and chest pains and of course they say I could not have my family with me I had to go to the Tucker’s side of the ER.. I ask The triage nurse why and she said oh this is normal that we do that I said no I have never been on that side for this not to Mention I’m asthmatic and was having pain in my chest what if I was having heart Issue I mean lord only knows the rescue squad called in my issue to the hospital while I was in the back on the way to the hospital and she Never once looked at my Record from when I was brought in by the rescue squad and I told them they needed to get their act together she said we have our act together I said well if you did you would not be sending me to the Tucker’s side . I called the head nurse and she said she was very sorry and they would be talking with her and that she understand and not having my family would make it worse .. Do Not go to this hospital go to Johnston Willis or St. Francis every one in the ER is rude nasty and have attitudes and when you get one back with them they don’t like it they get even more nasty when they are the ones that are wrong .

After reading the reviews I was terrified when I found out that I had to have my Thyroid Surgery on 9/20 at this hospital. My Surgeon Dr. David Salley and the staff in same day surgery was nothing short of Amazing. I had to say over night and I was taken to the 5th floor room 507. Penny my nurse for the evening was professional and caring I could not have asked for anyone better. When she was leaving in the morning she brought Lattice, my morning nurse in to meet me, again Amazing. Before I went home Mary Bentley the nurse Leader came in to make sure my say was all that I needed it to be. You guys Rock. Thanks so much.
