Went in to get some debris out of my eye. Old woman doctor. Shaky hands. Puts a needle in my eye to remove what she found using a yellow dye and a black light. Still feel pain. Could be a corneal abrasion. Gave me some erythromycin gel and an eye-wash cup. Lady's an idiot. I'm actually filing a malpractice complaint because she actually poked me in the eye (lightly, but still, several times), and said "Oh, did you feel that?" Then beckoned her assistant to administer some numbing eye drops. She administered two. The assistant was putting his iPhone in my eye, and said "Do you know about this app, doctor, it lets you magnify." Seriously... What the hell? Place is a circus. Go to an ophthalmologist. I'm likely looking at $1000 bill, which I called in asked, and they said the standard fee is $1043. Three Rivers Optometry in Yuba City? Would've cost me $80. So, if you want to save a factor of ten on something like this, go to Three Rivers Optometry, not these clowns.

This place is insane I don't know how they can even consider having this place open their staff is completely incompetent they can't even find a patient who's staying there in their database who's been there for days and multiple times and their doctors are a joke

ER staff is EXCELLENT!! However, after being admitted, the nurses back there don't seem to care one percent. They consistently withheld pain medication, which made everything else more intolerable. I only saw a NP or Dr once every morning for less than 5 minutes. They also have roaming nurses that come in for 1 or 2 shifts & it shows they don't know where items are, which takes them much longer to do anything. Talk about setting your employees up for failure!

Been waiting in the front for a very long time with no one to help me check in/register. I walked through the hospital asking for help and got sent back to sit down and wait for someone to come. This is very unprofessional and I will be asking My doctor to not send me here ever again. I'd rather drive an extra couple of hours to be treated in a timely manner than waste a couple of hours in the waiting room without being helped.
