Community Hospital

Always had amazing care. Staff prides themselves in caring for patients and patients family members staying with them. Highly recommend this facility!

NEVER USE THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!!! My 1 year old daughter was injured in the waiting room while waiting for my mother who was in surgery. We were rushed to the ER where they looked at her. NEVER cleaned up the wound, they just left her bloody & matted. I never received any kind of bill but now I'm dealing with collections. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!! NEVER USE THIS HOSPITAL, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent bed side manors. Introduced himself as Brady, which threw me, but impressed me. Humble, friendly, very professional. Shannon his nurse is great. Returned my calls promptly and helped me get the codes for insurance. Today was my surgery at the Southside location. Receptionist was very nice and experienced. Darcy who helped me get prepped was super friendly and very helpful. Made sure I was warm and comfortable. Full of smiles! Jennifer the nurse was great, and she put me at ease. Every member of the surgical team came in and introduced themselves. That was unexpected and very reassuring. I knew I was in good hands. Dr Hagood, Dr Shetty,(anesthesiologist) Matthew the nurse anesthisist, the surgical nurse (forgot his name, he was a super cool Asian dude) all came in to say hello. I don't usually write such long reviews, but felt compelled to do so after receiving such world class attention. Kudos!

Every staff person I encountered in this facility was superb, they were all very respectful an complimentary to each other, In my work, I have been in many hospitals and healthcare facilities and this facility and staff, outshines them all, This hospital is surgeon owned so they have a vested interest in how it is run, the food is excellent in my opinion. I could not be more pleased with this facility. I have read some of the other reviews and saw that some were negative, I personally found nothing to complain about and I tend to be very critical in how a facility is run. This hospital and staff are absolutely terrific! They really care about the patients and are very accommodating to the families. Highly recommend!!!
