Wow. This was the best ER experience ever. My girlfriend injured her ankle while hiking and this hospital was recommended to us. The staff was amazing: friendly, kind, funny, and good at what they do. And they were super fast. They could teach other hospitals!
We were traveling through Anaconda and I had to see a specialist. So I walked into the hospital and spoke with Vicky at the front desk at Pintler Family Medicine Department. She was extremely helpful and nice and booked the appointment for me the very next day with Dr. Novack. The doctor was also very pleasant and professional and I got the answers to my questions and a referral for further treatment. They also gave me a very fair price for self-pay patient visit!! I'm very pleased with my experience in the Anaconda community hospital - it has such a friendly and helpful vibe, like pretty much anywhere we went in this small quaint town!
It's definitely worth the drive to Missoula or butte. We've lived here for 8 months now and every experience was not good except one trip to the er. With 4 kids we end up going to the hospital fairly often and I will drive a couple hours to avoid this one. I dislocated my knee, the er was good no complaints. Dr pine is a joke. Waste of time even going there. Not to mention he canceled every appointment I had over 4 months and I had to reschedule. Don't expect any time with him. He either has too many patients or doesn't work. My wife has gastric issues and needs to be seen often. Just left the er today and the doc said she was probably just stressed at home. Obviously didn't look at the decade of tests and paperwork. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to my worst enemy.
Rude unprofessional staff esp. the physicians. They make you feel little and unimportant . Dr. Morales and Dr. Naef are the worst. Dont expect them to help you in any way either .
My boyfriend and I are on vacation here from California for some much needed R&R away from the bustle of the Bay area. Unfortunately, a few days into our stay at a secluded cabin, he developed stomach pain that was abnormal. We decided to head to the hospital to get checked just in case it was something serious, as there is no cell service where we were staying. We did not have to wait at all when we checked in and everyone was super nice. Within an hour of being seen, he was diagnosed with appendicitis by Dr. Frederick Bartoletti, and they called the surgical team in. Dr. Jennifer Stevane was the surgeon and came in ASAP and briefed us on the procedure. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely knowledgeable and kind. There was one hiccup where they did not come to get me after he had woken up, but the hospitality and care that was provided to my bf made up for this. He ended up staying the night to recover, and the surgeon came back today to check him out and give the okay for discharge. She gave us her personal cell number and also a list of contacts where we live in case he have issues. I work in healthcare myself and have never seen such a professional and caring physician as Dr. Stevane. We were nervous to be away from home for such a procedure, but she made us feel at ease and that everything would be okay. Thank you everyone at CHA for your compassionate and professional care!!
