Only issue was waiting to here results right before admission for my baby because of high jaundice..wait wai to hear and waiting to be admitted almost took 6 hours of waiting but other that that my babies had great around the clock care from the nicest doctors and nurses and allowed me to stay with my baby while he's admitted..they gave us our own room and even brought NICU equipment that he needed to our room so we'll stay together! I love that aspect and that they care to check on any concerns I have with my baby who is preemie and only 4lbs 8oz. Thank you for all of you guys hard work and care!!!
Place is a joke. They refused to let a patient walk outside. Said something about policy. No point in filling food menu, as they bring you wherever they feel like. Nurses are rude and untrained. Please go somewhere else. Very unprofessional.
A family member stayed here for 6 days after a major accident. Their staff is incompetent and lackadaisical at best. There was no sense of urgency for life threatening situations. I asked for a cup of ice water for a patient and was assured by a nurse that he would be bringing it soon. Looked into the nurses area several minutes later and he was throwing a pillow around with another nurse. Shocked to see a doctor pick his butt all the way inside his pants and walk away like nothing happened. Hope he washed his hands. The doctor had to tell the nurses how to do things properly atleast 6 times, and twice they did not plug tubes back in the right way and forgot. Dirty and worn out facilities. In the cafeteria where there are regular people visiting patients eating, and the doctors all wear their used and dirty lab coats inside the cafeteria, and when I made a comment about it privately to family members, one of the doctors at the table near us made a snarky comment back. We had to remind staff to bring needed items and even about procedures that were supposed to be done. Would not recommend this hospital at all.
I have had best care you could expect nurse are out of this world helpful and criticise to your need great job nurse thank you very much xoxo
This place is an absolute joke! I’m 18 weeks pregnant and went to the ER at about 1:00am on Sunday morning with extreme lower abdominal pain and stabbing low back pain. There was ZERO sense of urgency in the staff, especially at check in, I wasn’t even acknowledged by staff or the security guard with his nose in the tv. I could have been dying but no one would know because they took their time coming to get me in the waiting room even though I was literally the only person there. This wretched hospital’s ONLY shining light was an RN named Mike S. He was the only person to show a shred of compassion and also the only person to introduce himself and tell us his name. Throughout the whole visit I interacted with about 8-10 people and none of them told me who they were, their name, or what they were doing, but you better believe I’ll be overbilled for each one of those useless staff members. The whiteboard in my room served no purpose as it still had THURSDAY circled with the wrong date and time so the list of staff was also moot. I’m so happy my midwife showed up because she was the only person that seemed to care about getting answers since the staff had there heads so far crammed up their behinds. The cherry on top of it all was when the ultrasound tech was checking my baby and my husband reassured me the baby was moving. This cow had the nerve to snap at him and say “this is NOT an OB visit. You need to sit down. This is an ER and you are not to see anything or say anything!” Yeah, MY VISIT THAT IM PAYING FOR!! Having lost a previous child, he was simply trying to keep me calm. What a terrible way to treat a woman terrified something is wrong with her unborn child! Oh, but it gets better. After mentioning it to the lady that did a follow up call to me after being discharged, she passed my name and number to the 508 Imaging supervisor to discuss the techs behavior. Oh she made it seemed like she cared, but constantly talked over me and she said she would try to make it right. Her and I agreed to meet at the front desk of the 508 Imaging Center at 1:00 that Friday and she would personally deliver my report, a disc, and some printed images since this was my first ultrasound for my baby. I arrived at the facility at 12:55 and that cowardly hack of a supervisor never showed her face. I checked in at the desk and not only was Amy NOT THERE, but my images, records, and report were nowhere to be found and I never received printed images. What I did receive was a disc with a ton of finger prints and scratches that barely worked and a report that said my 3.3cm baby was breech. Oh and I didn’t even get that until 1:45. The entire CRMC is a waste of time and money and they couldn’t care less about patients. I’ll be sure to share this experience with the team medical professionals I work with so we don’t refer any of OUR patients there. Unlike CRMC, we actually care about our patients and would be appalled to send them to a subpar, back alley facility.
