Copper Basin Medical Center

I brought family member into this ER. He was in pain, it was discovered that his blood pressure was extremely high, and he had major swelling in his legs, hands and feet. He was told he had arthritis and sent home with medication for pain. A few days later, the swelling had worsened, and he was having a lot of difficulty breathing, so he was brought back to the ER. No new testing, no new treatment. He is now in another hospital and he was admitted with a very low oxygen level. It has been discovered he recently suffered a heart attack and has 2 blockages. Copperbasin hospital never once addressed any of these issues. In fact, an employee speaking to a friend in the ER waiting room, right in front of me, discussed their " treat 'em and street 'em" mentality. I am disgusted with what has happened.

Went into the ER May 11. Very caring staff. Kevin was the ER nurse and the doctor also were amazing sorry can't remember the doctor name. Both were on their game! Had to go over for cat scan again very nice ladies there. Only my 2nd time visiting this hospital. Will return if ever needed. Thank you CopperBasin Medical and God Bless you all.

I am sad for the staff that now do not have jobs

My ex's father passed away at his house in this hospital was the one to pick him up he was just openly visible to everyone with doctors and nurses to standing around and talking and didn't even inform her that his past he had to ask and when she asked they just very nonchalantly said yes

Pretty good place had heart attack up there they took care of the pain until heliocopter got there took me to Erlanger
