What a fantastic patient experience! Great adherence to patient safety protocols! Everyone was so careful and made sure my procedure was on the correct side. Dr Marquez marked my surgical site. Anesthesia explained everything and answered my questions. After the procedure, staff went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Thank you to all the staff for providing such compassionate care to me. The hospital provides a very quiet and comfortable environment. Easy parking and no waiting! Dr. Marquez is so wonderful with many years of experience. I can't wait to get back to moving again! Kudos to their CEO for running such an excellent hospital! Why waste your time anywhere else? Definitely recommend!

What a GREAT hospital from the pre registration gals in the front to the pre Op nurse Christina and the CNAs, to the recovery nurses and the RNs Roxxy & Don who took care of mom overnight, the staff bringing the meals EVERYONE was so gracious & pleasantly concerned about my mother's needs. Thank you all so very much & God Bless you all. May the Lord Continue to give you all strength to do what you do. The Moreno Family

i had gallbladder surgery 27july2018. Preop staff was superb. Surgery staff was super professional. Nursing staff during my overnight stay and stay was unbelievable. Best hospital experience I have ever had. Well done for a great attitude and for leadership setting the tone

Everyone was pleasant from the doctors, nurses, CNAs to the maintenance staff. Their behaviours were professional and with a genuine concern for my safety and health. I am happy with their services, facilities, and behaviors.
The only concerns I have are the following: while under the influence and still recuperating from gallbladder surgery, I was visited in my room to collect a deduction payment and the recent immediate phone calls with voice messages to collect out of pocket charges. It has only been 2 days after being released from hospitalization.

Time is money! Where patients come last. Why have patients show up two or more hours before even getting them into a room? This is ridiculous just waiting for nothing. The way things look seems to me it’s going to be longer than two hours. No rooms available, patients waiting for the surgent. Seems like they don’t /can’t prepare for what’s coming up.
