I must admit I was exremely frustrated with this facility when I checked in. We are from out of town amd are used to competing hospitals posting 15 min ER wait times. My daughter had hurt her arm. There was only one other couple in the waiting room and they told me it would be an hour wait. But after we checked in, the nurse came out and said the 5 rooms were full but she'd triage, get the xray done, and then get us in a room. After triage, a room actually became available. They got her xray, sent it off for review by a specialist and put her in a temp cast. They have also called us the last 2 days to check on her before our follow-up appointment back home. This staff was great! Very friendly and thorough. I may be used to the large facilities, but they did a great job!
Slowest workers ever.... stand around and talk loudly in the hallways... goodness won’t be coming back here
Dr. Ramolia did not even look at my son when we came into the ER! & now we are back & he didnt even look at my husbands eye but told him what was wrong with it.
I love the e.r. I've never had to wait longer than 30 mins to go back. And the same dr. Usually is there everytime. I've NEVER had an issue with anyone here.
Went to Crawford County Hospital in Robinson Illinois tonight was dizzy and fell at home. This time when I was there the nurse put the rails up on the side of my bed because I was dizzy and had fallen already, Doc comes in looks me over runs blood and urine test and finds nothing wrong so he releases me.
The nurse walks in the room and says you can leave now you have been released just sign here so I sign and tell her I am not leaving until my wife comes to pick me up I dont want to fall walking out...She asks me if i would like a wheelchair I say yes she turns around slams her clipboard on the counter at the nurses station brings the wheelchair to the doorway and stands there just looking at me so I ask her if I am suppose to come out the bottom of the bed or if she was going to put the bed rails down so I could get up ....she gets puffy and comes over slams the rail down if my fingers were in the way they would have gotten broken or worse!
My opinion of this hospital is....BE AFRAID...If you find yourself in need of medical attention you are better off going to Crawford County Animal Hospital in Robinson Illinois!
