I Absolutely love this hospital. The wait is always short, but effective. The staff is so friendly & always has the best attitude. I Adore Mrs. Fran the nurse in the ER, she seems so genuine & sincere. It's Amazing how she not only remembered me, but personal things I told her. My total experience has always been Awesome!

MY VISIT was excellent. Never seen such good service. I was amazed how clean the hospital was. I have been to other facilities and it was not clean like this hospital. I forgot where the waiting room was and a lady ask me was i okay
She was in the hospital hallway mopping
She introduce herself and took me to the waiting area Thanks Norma for being so helpful. I will return the nurses was so kind. Thanks again

I've been an RN for almost 37 years and associated with hospitals for 42. I say that because I know what health care should be, what it used to be. My son was sent to a surgeon by the VA so not knowing the surgeon and then seeing that we were going to drive over 300 miles to a small unknown hospital for his surgery, I was concerned. Folks, Crescent Medical Center is doing a great job and the large medical centers need to pay attention and take lessons! As you see in the other reviews, they start by rocking customer service in the outpatient surgery area. They communicate often and even escort the family for breakfast or lunch while the patient is in surgery. Once upstairs, they continue that service by offering the family a meal when they bring patient trays and the food is good, yes, the food is really good. My son's room on the third floor was very small so it is difficult to stay out of the staff's way even with the small chair. The last day was bumpy and the staff was overwhelmed with patients. It was the only day that care was a bit lacking or delayed. The day shift was still there at 9 pm so I know the issues that day weren't because they were lazy. They were probably doing the best they could. Bottom line, this hospital is doing a wonderful job and that reflects great leadership from the top down. Thank you to all!!!

Hospitality is really great...shout out to Gloria!(you’re in very good hands with her. Personable, funny, and compassionate). The OR waiting room is small and not terribly comfortable, but that’s me being picky and claustrophobic. Other than that, there’s lots of friendly and helpful staff members who do what they can to make you comfortable.

Extremely courteous staff and I truly appreciated the complementary meal while waiting on my fiance's surgery. Gloria should receive ten stars for her hospitality. In a world full of corporate hospitals with the bottom line on their minds, it's refreshing to discover a patient-centered medical facility.
