Crete Area Medical Center

Poor staff couldn't handle a full lobby of patients.... they expect you to not sit in a chair at the desk if no one is on the other side to check you in. They make you feel un welcome and one lady with long hair even rolled her eyes when I asked her where I should sit. They have bad attitudes and they made us wait for our appt for over 45min. There were only 4 people here. Not coming back, have been here coming here for 30 years.

I have been very pleased with my experiences at CAMC. As someone who lives with a rare neurological disorder, it's important to find someone who can listen, understand, and advocate. Kim, the PA, is amazing. She treats the person, not just the diagnosis. When I call in with a question, its answered promptly. The lab staff and radiology staff are courteous, as well. When my disorder flared and I couldn't speak, the ER staff were patient with me and my "word salad".

Amazing people, amazing facility , great experience. I would highly recommend this medical center for anyone that needs caring professional services.

Thanks for nothing 40 minutes in a waiting room. 15 in consult room still nothing. No way I will go back. How do you expect a,new patient to establish any trust for a doctor who can't even show enough respect to show for an appointment.

Dr. Jason Hesser deserves 5 stars. He has always been great with my family and my kids love him. I have seen a couple other providers in the clinic as well that I liked, especially Anna Warnes. Therapy is great as well. However, between family members and myself, I have never had a good experience in the ER. One provider was very rude to my mother and myself. Her issue was not resolved and she ended up needing surgery elsewhere. I filed a complaint with the hospital but never heard anything back. I could go on with other experiences but I'll stop. If we can't get into the clinic to see one of the above, we will drive to Lincoln and hope we make it.
