The staff was amazingly kind and attentive. I wanted to put out kudos to them! I was only there one night. I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable the bed and room was. I had a nice view of the well-tended garden out front. The elevators could use an upgrade.

Procedure on my daughter was done properly. The doctor was amazing. THE BILLING DEPARTMENT is another story! Billed my id number for anesthesia and it should have been for my daughter. Never called for authorization on the surgery so now my insurance rejected it showing I will owe $65000.... Seriously, have tried appealing this and am getting no where.

My son was the weekend nurses were horrible he waited so long for them to change hos bandages, he did them himself. They never gave him his anxiety medication. He ended up leaving on sunday. The Director said he was given a script for antibiotics that he was never given. What is up with that.

I made 2 phone calls to Intake for substance abuse on behalf of a family member who needs and wants alcohol rehab. I made both calls on Friday October 4th - I left a detailed message at 10:27am and no one called me back so I left another detailed message at 2:35pm. It is now 3:30pm on Monday October 7th and no one has returned my phone call. I am no longer interested in this addiction program because no one has returned my phone calls yet.
