When I asked why two viles were not being used I was chastised for not informing her there were two orders. Isn't it her job to notice the second order sitting right there on the printer? All I know is the admin, up front, took my paper order from my oncology doctor and verified the electronic order from my family doctor, then paper clipped a few papers together. She told me to hand these to the lab person. Don't blame me for your poor attention to procedure.
I visit the lab often for routine blood draws and I always have a pleasant experience. I once visited the Walk-in Clinic when experiencing a blood sugar crash and the staff was very helpful. They took the time to make sure I got what I needed as well as understood my follow up care. I felt well taken care of.
All personnel, from intake to procedure, were very efficient and quick in their response. The ultrasound technician was one of the nicest people. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.
