This place is the worst place for health care! No one can explain what’s going on to my wife, almost 10 hours just the ultra sound result! This place is scamming your insurance really bad!

I would like to share an experience that my family & I just had within this month. Earlier this week my dad was seen in the Emergency room, the first Doctor that came in told my dad that he didn't have anything despite the fact of his symptoms were telling him otherwise. My mom and dad said they would like to get a second option. Surely they did, the second Doctor came in and told my dad that he did in fact had something and was going to send my dad for more test.. He got admitted and then the nurses there were giving us the round around of when his ultrasound was going to be scheduled.Midday, we had 2 women coming into the room asking about their service (separate occasions), of how things were going. I wasn't hesitant about being honest. I spoke openly about the situation and to my surprise the RN Emily was on it. She called out dept regarding times of appts (that we were getting the run around), she was moving mountains for our family and I was impressed things were moving faster and we were being helped and felt that we were being taken care of. Emily, RN called my dad a couple days later after he was discharged and followed-up, I was happy that she took that extra step to call and find out how he was doing. I'm forever grateful.

If I could give this place a negative ten I would! Ultrasound technicians need to learn how to not be so rude.. I wish I would of got the girls name but she had gray hair.. never coming here again!

My grandma checked in this past weekend and was discharged quickly. She came back today in a worse condition because she was not given the proper care and antibiotics that she needed. Unfortunately my aunt, who is her caretaker, had to inform the doctor (from her past experience with my grandma's condition) exactly what should have been done, which was to have the antibiotic. And this is what is keeping her safe now in the ICU. If you have experienced negligence from their practice, please don't be afraid to speak out. You will only be helping others avoid future pain. And please if you are able to take your loved ones to a different hospital, do so. and I hope Delano will be encourage to build another hospital who will be better at taking care of their citizens in the near future.

My mother was brought to this hospital as it was the only ER that wasn't busy. I can see why. The nurses talked to me like I was a child. Not telling me my mothers complete lab results this includes the Dr. The nurses don't seem to care at all. I will NEVER come to this hospital EVER again. Memorial is soooo much better at treating patients and be being human beings
