My mom had a pretty bad fall and hit her head. The staff took the complaint seriously and took us back right away. Even with being really busy and having a code blue called while we were there we still received great care and attention from everyone from triage to radiology. Thank you so much for taking good care of her!

I took my wife there because of chest pains, they passed here through fast track without even actually looking at her or asking for her symptoms. Once we were able to see the doctor she was extremely rude to us and kept yelling at my wife because my wife is not able to afford to have a personal doctor. The doctor said that it was not her job to treat my wife it was the job of a personal doctor. Everyone in this facility is extremely rude and could careless about their pacientes! I stopped going to that emergency room and have decided to go to kaiser to treat my wife for her chest pains! Please avoid this place if possible the service and care is the worst, from the nurses to the doctors, I truly do not know how this facility is still open!

Horrible service, had to wait three hours for a consult on an X-ray not counting the three hour wait in the ER with the staff picking and choosing patients seemingly at random with little to no regard for triage. The waiting rooms are filthy and there is absolutely nowhere to charge cellphones.
