My mom had a pretty bad fall and hit her head. The staff took the complaint seriously and took us back right away. Even with being really busy and having a code blue called while we were there we still received great care and attention from everyone from triage to radiology. Thank you so much for taking good care of her!

I took my wife there because of chest pains, they passed here through fast track without even actually looking at her or asking for her symptoms. Once we were able to see the doctor she was extremely rude to us and kept yelling at my wife because my wife is not able to afford to have a personal doctor. The doctor said that it was not her job to treat my wife it was the job of a personal doctor. Everyone in this facility is extremely rude and could careless about their pacientes! I stopped going to that emergency room and have decided to go to kaiser to treat my wife for her chest pains! Please avoid this place if possible the service and care is the worst, from the nurses to the doctors, I truly do not know how this facility is still open!

I give this place a 5 star because I don't care if the place looks old, new, upgraded, or fancy what matters to me is the quality of care. I can honestley say that ALL STAFF I came in contact with at his Hospital treated me and my loved ones with care, love, and compassion. STAFF DO GO the extra mile to provide you the care and comfort you need. I have been at the ER 5 times with my elderly father in law and 1 time with boyfriend. From the first time I was pleased with the level of caring care we were provided with.

This hospital is a joke. Was not packed or anything, after the service we got I see why. We will never go back. We brought my 2 yr old son in cause he hurt his arm there was no one at the check in counter. I was like hello excuse me nothing. so I go closer and I see a chick in front of the computer. I was like oh hi excuse me can we check him in? She turns and rolls her eyes like we are inconvenienceing and then walks over. Then We fill out the paperwork my husband takes it up and like three people just look at him and walk off including the one who gave it to us. I go are they ignoring u? he goes yeah so I had to ask a nurse who had came out to give someone their paperwork if she could help. The x Ray staff was nice but then we get set in the waiting area for like 3 more hours and they say oh he's getting called next and then like 6 other people get called we left and are taking him somewhere else. We took him in at around 4:30pm it was 9 something when we decided to take him somewhere else. I know x-rays and other things happen so it can take a while but that's just rediculous especially how rude the check in area people were.😠
