Quality quality care! My first time here as we are new to Oklahoma! The type of quality care we are used to getting in the east coast! All the staff from registration to nursing staff, Er tech, my Dr, radiology All professional, courteous and caring! Thank you all for great service! Very thorough!

My visit to DRH would have been higher except for the following: 1) The construction was going which led to the AC inoperable. Better planning would have helped. Maybe a generator for backup power. If generators were used then they weren't adequate. Maybe they could have rented a higher capacity.2) I really didn't get an good explanation or any doctor on the causes etc.

Where do I begin? The receptionist are polite, helpful, and very professional. I waited little to no time as an outpatient to be seated with someone to update my information in their system and complete my lab work. My experiences here have been nothing but good!

It was going alright. I slowly began showing signs of progress. I became excited because I thought maybe I would recover from my injury after all. I didn’t feel that way at the beginning of therapy. Then, one day, my regularly physical therapist was not able to be there. The fill in therapist had me do 4 exercises 20 times each above shoulder level. I had told him I had worked up to shoulder level. I had never done those exercises before. He asked me to hold my arms a certain way and resist when he pushed down on them. I did. He said I was strong and to go ahead and do the exercises. So, I did. I woke at 3:51am in extreme pain. I hurt for over a week. My next visit was with my regular therapist and I to,d him my pain level and how I’d been hurting. He asked if something happened. I said yes and told him about the 4 new exercises. He asked if the therapist read his notes. I told him I didn’t know, but he was looking at something which I assumed was my folder. Basically, I had digressed. My arm was hot to touch, swollen, and very inflamed. I called my doctor and was told to stop all therapy until I see her. I’m currently waiting on my appointment with her. Basically, I am discouraged and wondering will I ever get better. I cry every day because I have battled this injury since the beginning of June and it has been 3 months!
