90 yr old gma goes to the ER and after the doctors run all their tests they keep her in the ER. Our family wants to be with her in what could be her final moments and we get half of us kicked out of the room because only two visitors are allowed back. I understand it can get crazy but when we are the only ones in the ER and are respectfully staying out of the way and wanting to spend any time we have w her...you kick us out as if you have no compassion at all.

My labor expirience was horrible!! They cut open my sons head while doing episiotomy and didnt even tell me! They just rushed him away from me right after birth and still never admitted what the dr did. They FORCED us to get a $400 dna test!!! Very very rude nurses and admin people. I also had to give birth while on ambien and they gave me way way too much medicine i was hallucinating and i dont remember most of my labor. My expirience was totally ruined. To top it all off my son was crying when we were leaving, and a nurse said "im glad i dont have to go home with that". Called my first time in a carseat newborn a THAT! If you work in L&D youd think there would be conpassion for babies and mothers but i recieved none!! AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL WHEN I FILED A COMPLAINT.

A horrible experience with labor and delivery. The bad stadf well outweighed the few good. Several environmental issues. No mom wants to be in a sauna room while she labors. Taking a decent temperature shower would also be ideal. Did not return to have my second child. I learned what professionalism in L and D looked like.

I only give 2 stars because my labor and delivery team was very good. However the team of nurses that came after made me feel stressed, scared, EXHAUSTED, and completely incompetent. i ended up leaving after 24 hours because i couldnt take it anymore. I would like to point out that i think a big part of the problem was hospital policy. But while i was there my nurses were more concerned about my newborn not eating that they couldnt notice that i stopped smiling and was falling apart. Everyone ignored the fact that when ever they talked to me about my baby my eyes were welling up because i didnt know how to feed a baby from an empty supply. I gave birth at 7 am on the 14 and left at 5pm on the 15 and got NO sleep. By 4 am on the 15 i handed my baby over to my fiance so i could sleep and 15 mins later a nurse came in woke me up for my vitals. Took my baby from my fiance and insisted i should be more focused on feeding him. I finally asked my nurse to ask my dr if i could be discharged and that i no longer wished to breastfeed my baby. Defeat. My dr said yes. But their pediatrician said not until he feeds. Now because this is a "baby friendly" hospital i thought formula was not permitted. It wasnt until just before i was discharged when i was offered formula to feed my baby as a supplement. Less than 4 hrs after i got home i became engorged. All i needed was a little sleep in order to feed my baby.
