I have read a lot of negative reviews about this hospital , one thing I can say this hospital is GREAT, staff are efficient and friendly plus the hospital is clean, food in the cafeteria is good.
That’s why don’t judge or believe any negative
reviews right away.

Wife had a routine procedure reccomened by her Dr and was reffered here, it was a pleasent experience. The procedure was pain free she reports and the Drs and Nurses were all professionals polite and friendly. I dont give 5 star reviews because i believe the only being capable of perfection is God. That being said i would give my highest rating humanly possible to the Drs and nurses here.

Great staff, my wife had all 4 of our kids there and each one was done by c-section with no problems. They were super nice and took care of her every need even if a problem arose after she was discharged they would make sure she was ok.

I would avoid this place at all costs. My personal experience here was a doctor who refused to give me my diagnosis in Emergency Care, thought that if he ignored me long enough I'd get discharged quietly, and leave. Then, I was sent a bill for over 7 thousand collectively, and it's outside of insurance coverage. The negative reviews below are correct.

This was both my worst experience by far in Emergency Care (or even any medical visit in general) and the most expensive bill I've ever gotten from an ER visit (even factoring in bay area hospitals). Let alone the sheer amount of patient neglect, patient profiling from your doctor, and the negative atmosphere you will have to endure when you are literally at your weakest.

Don't be suprised if you end up waiting for over 3 hours in the lobby waiting to be called into Triage. Then don't be suprised when you're stuck in Triage for another 1 1/2 hours. AND don't be suprised when they move you from Triage to the side of another room to CONTINUE TO WAIT.
