I want to thank the staff for the great care they gave my husband. He is doing well. The doctors and nurses were wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Laurie Kimble

I wrote the below review of Enloe Billing Department. After I wrote the review but before they saw the review, the person I talked to on the phone, called me back and said her manager will make an "exception" and move the money around so that my bill was paid and I didn't have anything to do. I am giving them a 3 star, because they shouldn't have refused in the first place (they should fix their error in the accounting system) and she never apologized for the mistake they made. Here is my original review: "I wish I could give Enloe a zero star rating. Their billing department is horrible. I sent in a payment to them on 6/11/19. They cashed the check but didn't update my bill. Then two month later, I got a "Final Payment Notice". I called them. They said they cashed the check but put it in the wrong account. They then said they couldn't transfer it into my account because it was in the "old system", whatever that means. If you can, go to another hospital that is honest about their billing."

Going to the ER was my last resort to getting the treatment and brace that i needed. I've gone to this hospital before with no problems...but this time I'd just have say THINK TWICE!

The care to a pt was okay i felt he was cared for but the quality of his life has gone downhill in the years leading up to this hospital stay.he should have been made comfortable if in fact they knew he was dying.give my best f rt iend some honor dignity respect peace fulness.because what he has done is suffer.

My son was on the 5th floor. The nursing staff was excellent. We are grateful to The great care! Thank you so much.
