My 18 year old son was involved in a car accident 2 hours from home & was taken to this ER. Everyone was incredibly friendly & thorough. They made a scary situation more tolerable until we could get there. Thank you!

Absolutely rude. Nurses take literally up to 2 hours to come to your room after you call them. All DR ROBERTS was worried about is telling me I probably wouldn't pay for my 3 day stay. LAST RESORT HOSPITAL!

This woman looked at me when I was crying with the worst tooth pain I've ever had, then she had the audacity to call it a mild toothache. I asked for certain prescription that my dentist had me on. To hold me over to my emergency appointment on Monday. Because my dentist is out of town she could not refill my prescription. Terrible bedside manners and not listening to your patients makes a poor rating.
