My wife gets her annual Mammogram at this facility. Prior to her getting the mammogram scheduled,I called billing for additional info. My insurance is Tricare[ old Champus] and Tricare does not pay for the 3D Mammogram. The billing supervisor ' Whatever Tricare pays for the mammogram we will accept as payment,regardless if it does not completely pay for the 3 D."" She stated this would be no problem" My wife scheduled and in 2018 all was taken care of as promised. This year 2019 ,expecting the same results,my wife had her mammogram performed, Only thing is,Now we get a bill for the 3D part. I drove a 96 mile round trip to not have to pay. They will not keep their word,so sad. The billing supervisor was the lady I spoke to in 2018.

Intake clerk did not verify my insurance. Tech for procedure was rude and absolutely miserable.
I had to speak with desk clerk on the way out regarding insurance change. She tracked down intake clerk to find out why she did not take new info. These people are unprofessional and wasted my time.

The majority of the times I have been here for various reasons either for myself or family member the experience has been great. On occasion there has been a worker that didn't seen to put 100% into their job but we can all have a bad day now and then. I admit the wait time in the ER can be long at times. Especially after taking you back to a bed. But everyone was always friendly & helpful. Things seem to be changing a lot with the remodel so hopefully it will help with productivity & faster more efficient/effective patient care. As for me Excela Health Frick has been my choice for many, many years. It also will continue to be for many more unless something drastically happens. The records department is also the best, most helpful & friendliest around!
