My ankles were swollen and I was in pain. It was a super slow Thursday night and they checked me in as soon as I got in. I was told there were two doctors only so it’s going their gonna see in 10-20 minutes and I was like alright, that’s fine. 1.5 hrs later so I decided to ask when the doctor is going to see me, different nurse then said there’s only 1 doctor on the floor. Frustrated now but I waited.. 2 almost 3 hours, I lost it and said to one of the nurses that if I don’t get seen, they better not bill me! I was in tears! The doctor finally came and took a 5 minute look and prescribed me antibiotics and we left. Wow! Waited 3 hrs just to be told something I was suspecting that I got off google. Ask google instead of y’all plan to stop in this dumb hospital! If I can rate this 0 stars I would.

My parents was rushed to the nearest hospital which is this hospital, both my parents was involved in a horrible accident that day. The staffs and doctors are so unprofessional. My mother was in deep pain and was drifting in and out of conscious due to the severe accident. They left my mom on the hospital bed in the hallway and didn’t care to monitor her blood pressure or temperature. How can a hospital like this operate with no attention of helping people. My siblings and I almost lost our parents that day and they were rushed to this hospital to find out how poor they treat their patients. The EMT should’ve taken my parents to Medford, OR. No patients should be treated like this. Lazy staffs and unprofessional doctors. I DO NOT recommend anyone going to this hospital and waste their insurance money for poor treatment. These staffs and doctors worked in this field for a reason, to care for their patients. I hope that HR and management do something about this.

My Grandma suffered a massive stroke and was a patient for 5 days. Not only did ALL the nursing staff take excellent care of my Grandma, they were extremely kind and caring to all of us family. The admin staff was just as wonderful, they helped us, with any and all paperwok and insurance issues, & to coordinate hospice and get her home for me to take care of her. The doctor that took care of her was wonderful in explaining her health issues and needs in a way she was able to understand and come to her own decisions. Thank you again from all of our family for the amazing care.

I had an amazingly good experience at this hospital, including successful surgery and caring staff. I even slept at night because my nurse was so quiet! And the food is absolutely wonderful, which is amazing in itself. Everyone there seemed to love their jobs and caring for sick people. A truly wonderful experience!

Nice people, but complete incompetence in the blood lab. Worst stick ever, and it took 3 separate trips to the hospital (and blood draws... so far) to get one single test done correctly.
