feedback about Fauquier Hospital
Needless to say I need financial assistance and they have never called me back or responded to the application I sent in for financial assistance. I also went in there multiple times and literally no one knew where I was supposed to go I got sent to three different locations and none were the right place. Won't let it stress me out because this whole system is a shitshow better service at a zoo 😂. Nowadays many aren't taking accountability for the job that they're hired to do but hey better them than me to be like that they must be miserable to act the way they do and handle things the way they do.
Basically the worst hospital in the nation. Was seen as a patient and told I had cancer, 10 years later I’m still cancer free. Most of the nursing staff is underpaid, most are extremely rude, and lazy is an understatement. I guess when you work for a multi-million dollar establishment that owes you money for your paycheck because incompetent supervisors do not do paperwork properly, it’s understandable. Some of their employees have had to cancel benefits because of being “on-call” at $6 an hour, or being told to not come in at all at $0 an hour, just to be able to cover their bills. This place is a joke and better care could be provided from a first aide kit. Definitely doesn’t deserve a star but I couldn’t post without it.
I’ve used Fauquier Hospital many times over the years for various services. Each time I’ve had a great experience. Staff has been friendly, procedures on time, and patient focused.
When the physician asks me what I want to do and tells me its something that I know it isn't is a problem. You get paid to help people so do it worst experience I've ever had here. As bad as Warren County. Waisted all this money and time to be told its viral when I know it's not.
My only experience with the hospital is at the birthing center so I can’t speak for other units, but I had an incredibly positive experience with the birth of my son. I had been hoping for a home birth, but it didn’t work for us financially. I was anxious about giving birth in a hospital, but I found an OB, Dr. Bell, who was supportive of my plans for a natural birth and he delivers at the hospital. The birthing suits are gorgeous! They are big and well decorated for a relaxed environment, with pull out couches for your support person! All the nurses were absolutely wonderful, incredibly accommodating and completely respectful of my birth plan. Not once did I have any interventions pushed on me and I was able to have the natural birth I had hoped for. With my first, whom I birthed at a different hospital, I ended up leaving a day early because I was so anxious to be out of there. This time, I would have happily stayed for a few more days!
