Simply the worst!!! If you call them for a simple question or for help getting your address changed, you can forget it!!! They don’t care!! Asked for assistance with getting my address changed so that I can get CPAP supplies, played phone tag for 45 minutes!!! VA assistant said that she was going to call me back, never did!!! I had to drive an hour and a half back to Fayetteville to get them to update my new address in person!!! With all the technology that the VA has, this could have be done online!!!! This is why they are finding veterans dead in their house, because the serve REALLY stinks!!!!

Just don't go here during the day if you need help. They don't care if you're suicidal and don't have your meds. Trust me when I say go at night. Good Drs and staff on night shift. Day shift will MAKE you suicidal if you weren't already.

Even if this place is closest to you and you're dying, don't go here. If this is all you have, dying is preferable.

The good doctors and nurses leave this facility. I have had interactions with employees who view this as a job only, not as a profession that is there to serve vets. I paid to have my service connected left knee replaced, because I couldn't walk properly and the pain was acute. My right knee was diagnosed with spurs and minimal cartilage, the va solution is pain management. Guess I'll have to pay for this one too.
