My son broke his finger at the growth plate. Everyone who took care of him was incredible! The ER staff was wonderful. They were kind and took time to explain everything. Dr Kelley Ross and her team were absolutely amazing!!! Very down to earth people and they made us feel like they had known us forever. We have had follow up appointments over the last few weeks and their care never falls short of greatness!

This is a great place! My brother has had several ER visits, as well as ICU. Each & every staff were professional, polite & great to our brother & all of our family during his stays. He was treated with kindness & consideration. My brother is special needs & Fitzgibbons gave him all kinds of very “special treatment”! Thanks to everyone there & especially Dr.Uhrig & his crew! Went to the ER back in 2017 for terrible stomach pain and nausea. I could barely drink water and I knew I was dehydrated. The doctor on call was so rude. He ordered a blood test. I asked the nurse if I could get fluid and was told it would depend on the test results. I never got fluids and was sent home. Next day I went the University hospital in Columbia and was told that my urine test (which I didn't get at Fitzgibbon) showed I was indeed dehydrated. I was given IV fluids. After relaying this story to a doctor who works in the clinic next to Fitzgibbon, I was told to make a complaint. Went up to the front desk and was told there was no way to make a formal complaint but I could talk to some lady who happened to be busy and I could wait an hour or come back. No thanks!

Every time my mother has had surgery here, 3 times in the last year the nursing staff are Bellow even earning one star! She had to wait for pain meds for over an hour. Didn't receive her regular meds, the room had no wash cloth or tissue! We love her surgeon Dr Kelly Ross, couldn't find a more kind and thoughtful professional. But the terrible neglect and rudeness of the subpar nursing staff is unacceptable, they have to get some changes done!

You are in and out too quick in the er. The er doesn't spend long enough examining you. Hardly ever do labs. Never anyone in er. That should tell you something
