They are only concerned about getting the GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE upfront even with insurance. My portion was 20% . I then asked have they received the 80% from my insurance already and was advised they don't receive payment until after the insurance company is billed. I was advised that my outpatient surgery would be cancelled because they would not accept what I was willing to pay upfront, the lady stated that it would be considered "elective surgery" mind you I was having surgery to remove a lump from my breast. Then received an email with two different prices, one was $2,000+ and the other a one time payment of little over a $1,000 based off of this good faith estimate. Worst experience ever from a so call hospital. They are more concerned about getting funds. I can definitely understand if I had no insurance but to be treated in that manner is nothing short than maddening. If you can avoid this place I would.

Ask upfront what your surgery cost would be! Don't be fooled by the initial invoice, that's only an estimate and your final bill will be 3x that amount. We paid cash and when our bill was 3x the amount which we got after 60 days following surgery, we were told to look at the fine print which said this was an estimate and needless to say, we are bummed.

Admitted here some time ago after a surgery. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the care received was excellent, and the facilities were very impressive. My recovery was rough but the experience at this hospital made it as tolerable as possible. I hope I never have to visit a hospital again but if I had to and I could chose the facility, I’d go here first over others much closer to me.

Had my first surgary they removed my appendix and my gallbladder and I was super scared they did such a great job! I want to thank Diana and Jannen great nurses and wow so blessed thank you for making me feel safe and at home for the past 4 days god bless you all and thanks again would recommend them In a heart beat! Finally home!

I brought my neighbor for his appointment, so not incredibly knowledgeable except to say that he was pleased with services here.
