STOP THE INSANITY
Going on my 4th year @ FFMR and this 50 year old is very satisfied with the care I receive, Dr. Villalon has taken very good care of me he's kind, considerate, and most of all he takes time to get you know me personally to me that's what an excellent doctor dose in my book. He and his wonderful staff have increased my well being substantially since I first walked in those doors, they sure know how to take care of an old antique like myself LOL........Thank you so much Floyd Family.
Be prepared for an hour plus wait. Don't know if they over schedule or what. On my 4th visit I walked out and won't be returning.
Lots of waiting. Ten minutes minimum on hold every time on the phone. My pharmacy tells me they are slow to call in prescriptions and don't always return calls. Residents are great. One of the doctors overseeing them, not so much. I was asked to reconsider leaving their clinic and to talk to the office manager. This person made me feel like a necessary nuisance to be dealt with. Don't need the hassle. A one week wait after an appointment for prescriptions to be called in to the pharmacy is too long to wait. Front office staff are kind and courteous.
I am a new patient of dr shingler really good doctor. Listens to you and really wants to help.
These people act professional, but are full of "thinks" when asked a question. What did it for me was they told me to use "google search" for a question I asked them..... Am i suppose to trust my well being with these DRS and nurses ?
