Been sitting here for over 4 hours. Took me out a room with a bed and put me in an oncology chair. It is extremely cold where we are sitting. Asked for blanket they give you a throw sheet. Was finally approached by a nurse and told me a doctor was willing to do the procedure that I need, but it will take a while. Asked for timeline and wasn't given any. Asked if there is another doctor that would do it. Been 45 minutes and no information. Horrible place constantly tries to upsell.
I can't say enough of the entire staff here. From security who jumped my car to the very pleasant housekeepers. The entire staff made sure my girlfriend was comfortable during her 6 days there. All the nurses on the 2nd floor PCU absolutely rock! Every single time you see them they're greeting you with a smile and treating you like family. Ashley, Amber, Sam & Marie(I know I'm missing a few) we can't thank you enough for the first class treatment you gave my girlfriend!!
I can’t say enough good about the staff and the facilities here. They found a much larger issue and got it fixed. I was there for three days and they took such good care of me. My surgeon and nurses were so kind and helpful. The food was pretty good too considering it was a hospital and they came in everyday to clean. Seriously I would recommend this place to anyone.
Have been waiting in Radiology so long that now I’m going to miss my appointment with my physician right across the street. When I mentioned my concerns I got a sarcastic response of “there are other people besides you”. Gee, thanks.
I had my daughter there and it was the absolute WORST experience in my entire life. The worst. I had to be induced so asked for my epidural. Their response was that I was not dilated enough yet. Again, I had to be induced so I knew that if I didn't get my epidural soon, it would be too late. Maybe an hour passes and the contractions are closer so I ask again. Even though I had dilated some more I was still told I had to wait. 30 minutes later the contractions are about 4 minutes apart and are lasting about a minute or more; and I'm 8 cm dilated. I'm in labor - natural, excruciatingly painful labor. In walks the anesthesiologist. I have to try to sit perfectly still in between contractions because I have to consider the threat of paralysis while I am bringing life into this world. I finally give birth. Worst birthing story of all my 4 children. It was NOT a pleasant experience. Afterwards they kept trying to give me double doses of pain meds (even though the epidural had kicked in & I was nursing). I kept hearing a baby crying in the nursery and mother's intuition told me to ask for my daughter. MY DAUGHTER HAD HAD A BOWEL MOVEMENT AND NO ONE CHANGED HER. THEY JUST LET HER CRY. This place is terrible and I would NEVER take anyone from my family nor myself there EVER again.
