Nice and clean really friendly place. Registration was great. awesome over all.
I was admitted for sepsis!!!! I was in the hospital for six days. On Fri.around 9 pm. They told me I was being discharged, handed me my papers. I told them I didn't feel well and wasn't comfortable going home. I was told they was on red whatever that means and they needed my bed.... Ok for 6 days I ran a fever. And still had a fever. So I went home feeling like death.... Sunday morning I got a call from my Dr. Stating I need to go to hospital ASAP. He didn't know anything about me being discharged until Sunday. Went back in for another 4 days . Once again was told the exact same thing.... A case manager told me I had to leave! I was waiting for more testing. My primary and oncologist and infection disease Dr. All signed for me to stay another 24 hours due to me still feeling bad... This lady named Anna case manager aired my personal business out in front of everyone in the hallway. I have never been so embarrassed... So they discharged me again I'm at home with a pic line with infusion for 14 days...
My family member had wonderful care while in the hospital.
Still at Er after 5 hours. Keep getting pushed off, and I have a sick 10 month old in my arms as I type this. The X-ray that was supposed to be ordered actually GOT ordered 3 hours later. RIDICULOUS!!!! Update: When actually talking to he doctor we actually got... “I didn’t ask you to come here.” What nerve!
I can only say thank you, thank you and thank you again. During one of the scariest moments of my recent life, my wife found everyone from registration to departure a few days later a blessing. The staff in every place we had to go from ER, to observatory, to PCU were truly amazing, caring and supportive. From Caitlyn and the staff in ER, to Debbie, Nathan, Melissa and everyone in Observatory to Rachel and the other amazing staff in PCU, and so many others that have come in contact with us. Everyone in every department, from the cafeteria, to human resources even helped to find me a primary care without ridicule for not having one, just support and great care. We truly felt that God was everywhere in this hospital and we met people who will change our lifes forever. We had two experiences with this hospital and both times we were blessed. Kathy Sciffes even after 3 years is a dear friend to my wife, who was so afraid when she had to be treated. Thank you again and God Bless you all.
