Did everything they could for my mother. Outcome wasn't going to be positive but they allowed testing. Doctors always there to tell us that it wasn't they could do. Grieving family losing loved one. Painful experience traumatic. Just stand by.
Doc lied about serious of illness. Could have known that miles away.

this hospital was very courteous and professional when it came to attending and treating my sister in law. I noticed that all hospitals in area have same ratings and realized that is it ever enough help when we see a loved one suffer? The staff does the best they can and are very determined to give all clients their best. The problem is that they are all terribly understaffed because most hospitals are BIG corporations and the bottom line is more important. I for one love this hospital.

My experience with the labor and delivery department was Great! All the staff was really helpful, caring and welcoming. A special thanks to RN Georgia, Rica, Sheila, Sherrie they made our stay that much better and also thank you to all the rest of the staff on the L&D floor.

My mother had an endoscopy last week and the GI dept was wonderful! Ana, Julie and all the rest were caring, friendly and helpful. Went back for a Cat scan, not as friendly but still seemed to be caring. I even stopped in to say hi to the nurses in GI. Great experience. Now just waiting a week on the pathology report

A family member had a baby there and while she was nude from the waist down with a mirror across the room she could see another patients visitors standing in the corridor outside the entrance of the room she was in, these people kept standing there a prolonged period of time, it seems to get a free show while the nurses were not paying attention, the nurses were rude and argued with her while she was in terrible pain, the nurse in charge stood there complaining to another nurse about the patient, acusing her of not trying, as soon as this "nurse" would leave the room the patient was able to concentrate better, nurse was nothing but a distracting c----, this nurse's name was JoAnn, what kind of place has such substandard care, steer clear!
