Wonderful facility, wonderful treatment, wonderful staff!!
I took my husband to the ER on a Thursday afternoon with chest pain, he had a previous diagnosis of heart disease. The staff rushed him right back to a room and immediately began working on him, Dr. Spencer was extremely through and kind and took his time explaining everything in detail before the tests are done. If it wasn't for his thoroughness my husband may not be here any longer. They ended up admitting him ... two weeks later he was able to go home. The care and treatment were top notch from the beginning to the end. The nurses were amazing, I can't say enough about the treatment that my husband received.

Thorocentesis scheduled at :1:00. Been here since 10:30 because we were told to be here at that time. Waited in outpatient since 11:10. Dr just walked in to perform the procedure. We love this hospital but this is unacceptable. My mother was not allowed to have anything to drink or eat since the night before. If we have another procedure done we will be here a half hour before the procedure and no more. Even nurses agree that scheduling is bad.

I would never go anywhere else if I ever had to go back to an ER on vacation...My nurse practitioner or maybe PA (I was in so much pain I can't remember) but her name is Robin and she was so easy to tallk to and had the best and sweetest bedside manner!!! My nurses Chelsea and 2 different Rachel's were also top notch!!! The whole team truly cared and took care of me!!!! Thank you all so very much!!!!!

Wrecked my motorcycle in 2016 and had a baseball sized gash in my leg. Staff was so uneducated they were confident it was a gunshot wound which it looked nothing like, and I sat for 7 hours in the waiting room until my entire leg was infected with Staph. The staff was more concerned with taking a picture of my leg for their personal facebook profiles and personal interests then helping me at all, I arrived at the waiting room around 1:30PM and did not leave the hospital until 10PM with Staph in my leg and poor stitching that fell apart within 48 hours with no pressure on my leg. Don't be a fool and come to this hospital. This place is an absolute joke. I went to Sacred Heart instead and the staff there were super friendly and literally made fun of the work that this hospital did upon viewing my leg and even more upon hearing the story behind getting help here.
