Worst hospital I've ever encountered. After 9pm main doors were locked and all entrances need to be done on the ER side...upon entering the ER the nurse with the red hair demanded that you do NOT approach the desk and you have to check in on a computer. (What type of establishment doesn't have a receptionist) I was not checking in, I was needing access to my mother in the main part of the hospital. The only person available when you walk in is that nurse who is literally triaging patients in the waiting room. She won't let you approach as she states that it's not polite to have you around her patient since she is conducting medical questioning. I just want to know what type of hospital allows this nonsense and the amount of people compared to the one nurse was clearly showing how understaffed they were and her attitude shows she was beyond stressed as well. Pray to God I never have to go there because as people were coming in frantically in need they are immediately demanded to use a kiosk to check in and sit down no sense of prioritization or urgency when you can clearly see it's an infant/elderly/or trauma need and no one available to speak to for help. If I could give no stars I would

Came to the emergency room and was taken to the express care side. The first part went fairly quick and everyone seemed considerate, come 9 pm we were told the doors locked and my husband and infant daughter left and then came back and were told in or out and that they didn't want to have to keep opening the door for them so they are now waiting in the parking lot for me. The PA planned to do ct scan and give fluids, over an hour and a half has passed so far, no fluids, no scan. I have no call button and I've been inside their linen room/hospital room now without anyone even checking on me during that time. I'm so disappointed that I trusted FWBMC with my care.

I would give them no stars if it were an option. I am 35 weeks pregnant and been in pain on the entire right side of my face for two days and I waited in the ER for two plus hours. Worse Medical FACILITY EVER ! I will never step foot in thee again. The staff is awful. And no cares about what’s you’re going through. So inconsiderate!!! If you’re on the verge of dying you might as well go somewhere else because they sure enough won’t save you. My feelings are extremely hurt by this hospital.

Absolutely superb hospital from ER, to medical floor, housekeeping. Everyone has been extremely attentive to us. Excellent care in wonderful atmosphere. Highly highly recommend.

My mother in law was admitted to the hospital for sever loss in consciousness and other symptoms . She stayed for 3 days but they discharged her without findining out what was wrong with her(they have done this before-she ended up back in the hospital). The nurses there are somewhat nice, the others will not bring you a bedpan if asked. I’ve had one racism issues there as well from a nurse which is completely zero tolerance. If you are in a real emergency and can make it more then 20 minutes I’d suggest finding elsewhere to take your loved one to be properly cared for.
