I recently have had my appendix out, and the doctors, surgeons and nurses were incredible and so nice. They moved so quickly to get it out before it ruptured and were so kind and helpful after my surgery. They are amazing. Thank you!

Hello My Name is Andreana Warren, Last year on February 22, 2018 at the wrong place around the wrong people that particular day and I was very close to losing my life and because the fast EMT team EMT Page Walker and Jeff Greene who responded to my accidental overdose saved my life and from that day I have turned my life around completely. As of today I am the Administrator for Exodus Works and going on a year now since that particular incident that occurred at Red Roof Inn. Today I value many things in my life because Dr. Michael Tedrow. From that day I knew I had to find another way and I fought my way into Exodus Homes and have been here since learning and guiding those out there making poor decisions. I am Grateful for Frye Regional Hospital, Dr. Michael Tedrow, EMT. Page Walker and EMT. Jeff Greene. Thank you for all that you and have done for me especially!

i have used this hosp. over 50 yrs. now united ins.is dropping you. my cardiologist is in your network. you need to negotiate fast.i will be changing to another hosp. soon. dont want to .its up to you.

This review is for the "Referral Center" and the patient portal. My doctor's office was always very timely with referrals but now they have to use this supposedly streamlined process which is evidently understaffed. They are constantly 4 to 7 days "behind." You are expected to be patient but if your referral is lost or not completed they tell you you should have called sooner. But if you call to check they get irritated because they are behind and want you to be patient. I am never really sure what to do when my doctor tells me if I haven't heard back by a certain time to tell her office but then the office staff just tells me I haven't waited long enough. I miss how things were before Duke stepped in. I get the wait if it's for a specialist referral, but for an abdominal ultrasound?

Also, your patient portal sucks. Why would I fill all that stuff out when the office staff apparently can't access any of it the day of my appointment and most of the stuff never "keeps"? Half the time I'm prompted to pay my copay and half the time I'm not. And it's started to send emails the day after an appointment telling me I owe the entire balance for my appointment even though insurance hasn't even had time to look at it.

I would like to take the time and say THANK YOU to all the absolute wonderful doctors and nurses at FRYE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER.
I am well aware of plenty of horror stories that have happened but my friends that is anywhere you go.
My Ninaw continuously bragged at how well she was treated and I witnessed the love and compassion first hand. From x-ray techs, lab workers, housekeeping, nurses, food service and doctors.
We honesty did not meet anyone that made us feel uncomfortable.

This type of care really helps ease the worrying family's while our loved one heals.
