Continuing issues with the billing department, the nurses where amazing while giving birth to my daughter by far the best experience I ever had in a hospital, so clean and so aware of my wife's needs. I have been supplying the billing department with authorization number, social security number and still continue to be on self -pay. The veteran affairs was covering my wife's birth since she is a disabled veteran and I am active duty , they simply continue the make an excuse as to why they cant process claim, I have filed complainant with Better Business Bureau only to have say the issue is resolved , I refuse take any of my family members here , I should have listen to warning before coming here.

Excellent care for my family member who had a brief stay in the Neuro Unit after a serious fall. Fantastic nurses and doctors cared for her. I was impressed by every employee I met there. Thank you.

I have always relied on Frye for my medical needs such as having my 2 children, hysterectomy, etc. I am extremely sad to say the ER does not live up to my expectations. I gave 2 stars because they did take me back quickly and the gentleman doing the xray and nurse were kind. Other than that, there was an extreme lack of compassion & the doctor was not intelligent or knowledgeable about my condition (Pulmonary Hypertension caused by blood clots.) I had went in for chest discomfort on my left side. He stated that if there was anything heart related, it would have shown up on my right heart catherization from 2 YEARS ago! I KNOW they can’t possibly know all medical conditions but at least do a quick GOOGLE!! They also never got a medication list from me. EXTREMELY disappointed!! Will NOT go here ever again. Still having chest pain.

Disgusted with this facility. Spent 6 hours here with my wife while she was having a medical emergency. In this 6 hours all they did was take her vitals twice and draw blood. We never got her results back because the lab equipment was broken. After 6 hours of laying there receiving no care, we asked to be discharged so we could go somewhere else. After another hour of waiting for paperwork, we finally were able to leave. A month later we get a bill for $1,000. $1,000 for "care" that warrants a malpractice suit. Extremely disappointed that this is our closest option for emergency care.

My husband has been in Frye for 3 weeks now, they have taken really good care of him. But I really need to put a shout out to his nurse her name is Darla, we are on the 4th floor and she is just the sweetest best most caring nurse I have ever met in my life! If I ever have to be in the hospital I hope and pray I get Darla for my nurse because she is so good! They should give her a raise just for caring the way she does! Thank you so much Darla for all you've done! There should nurses like you but I think you're one of a kind.
