I will never go here again. My legs had been jerking for 15 hours straight.
I have restless leg syndrome, but this was not restless leg syndrome. I had not slept in 2 nights. The doctor did nothing only insult me. He said restless leg syndrome was not an emergency and I did not need to be there. I told him this was not typical of restless leg syndrome to last for 15 hours straight. I also told him I had not slept for 2 nights. I was turned out with no treatment. On my way home, I fell asleep and went over an embankment and rolled my Jeep. I could have been killed. The paramedics wanted to take me to the hospital. I said no thanks I was just turned away from there.
WENT here after the horrible visit to Cumberland hospital and guess what they're stepping up to the plate. Tammy the nurse practitioner/ Doctor , just faboulous, they tested and tested and went completely out of her way to make sure I had detailed information about my problems and how to take care of it I've never seen the place sooo caring ❤ she listened to every word I said and didn't tunnel vision on 1 thing but rather tested all possibilities I'm now in full recovery(I think lol) but had so many people who were tending to my needs and they were completely full and flying 1 out... And Danny Moon is Back😊 things are definitely improved in this hospital... No complaints at all. Thank you so much for the extra care ❤
My husband went to the ER for stitches. He had to get a tetanus shot and received 9 stitches. It was the best service I ever experienced at a hospital. In and out in a hour, and the staff was awesome. Thanks
The ER wait is too long. 3_4 hours is a very long time to wait to be seen. They should have more then One doctor on call, working a shift. I underarand that at times it can get a little crazy, but 3_4 hour wait before you even get a room.. Patient care, service. Sorry! Thumb down.
However I give the ER staff a thumbs up! Responds quickly, very nice,You all are amazing! 4stars for the amazing staff!
I just wanted to let someone know that literally 6 mins ago I called the front desk. The person that answered (did not give a name) was very rude! I asked how her evening was going and she proceeded to ignore me and not respond. I asked if she could hear me okay due to the lack of response and she said "do you need a transfer" I said can I speak to billing she then said "its past 6 they are gone" and hung up the phone on me. There are only a couple reasons why people contact the hospital and none of those reasons are usually good. The first person they talk with should have some sort of understanding and be polite. The date is 9/19/2018 it was about 6:40 pm
