Hey Dude 77

I'm an OTR trucker and had to bring my wife in here for kidney stones. They allowed me to bring the tractor close to the ER and helped me back down the road to turn around after leaving my wife with the nurses. The following two days of her stay at the hospital were pretty good. The nurses were pretty quick and efficient considering the amount of people that were there, and they were all pretty nice as they did their jobs. Definitely the best hospital we've gone to and we've had stays at a couple different ones.

Definitely would recommend this hospital. It is very nice , they are very busy all the time and they still try and make you wait very little. All the staff is very nice and caring. They did their job very well and I felt better after my visit here! 10/10! 5 star review!

I was privledge to watch a skilled group of people on 10/01/19 work diligently to save a young man's life. They had numerous resources in ICU 9 and what struck me the most was that this man was in the custody of a local jail. Paige the nursing supervisor worked at rush pace to make sure that the best people we attending to this individual. The knowledge and Professionalism that was exibited by this team was outstanding. Paige you did an awesome job. Keep your head up, you make a huge difference in every patient life. Your transport C/O......

Waited 13 months for a Neurology appointment where Dr Gross did nothing but tell me to come back in 9 months. Just called records for the 3Rd time in 9 months trying to get my records sent to my GP and they tried to charge me! My GP sent me to Penn State Hershey started over and still faster than waiting for my next appointment! Geisinger is my INS and of course going to a different provider who actually treated my condition is out of network. Why have Geisinger Ins in the first place? Are they just waiting for me to expire?

What has happened to Geisinger Hospital and all the Specialist? Very poor service anymore they do not have enough doctors on staff and you almost always get scheduled with PA'S The communication is horrible no one knows what the other tells you. They schedule you without your knowledge for test and if you do have tests done no one notifies you of the results!! Not everyone has access to create a My Geisinger account and if they did the new system is terrible! Half the information is not listed like it was in the past. You can't see your older information like you used to. The Dr's don't even put visit summary notes in. There is incorrect information and no way to get it changed. Very dissatisfied with the whole system. You are always advertising for new patients but cannot handle the ones you have. Why is it you can't keep the good specialist and Primary Doctors they all leave? You bill for specialist but you end up seeing PA'S very disappointed in the way Geisinger Health System is running. No stars from me!!! .
