Always hit or miss. Leaving this review after my wife had an absolutely horrible experience. I ended up bringing her due to an excruciating headache, painful enough she couldn't even hardly stand. She didn't even wait to be seen, since there were unruly kids running around and being extremely loud. After one of these disrespectful brats continually bumped into her she finally raised her voice and politely asked them to knock it off when one of them tried grabbing my wife's paperwork from her hand. The mother who was there for a possible pulled muscle replied back "I don't care how sick you are, sorry not sorry, we can make it worse" and the kids got louder. Staff did not do anything, so my wife left and did not want to wait the 4 to 6 hours just for triage.

I brought my brother for a MRI and he was told one time and when we got here it was changed to another time. It's taking forever to get the MRI done. I understand it's a busy hospital but efficiency would be awesome
