This hospital saved my life. When everyone else thought I was crazy! I called and told them my symptoms and they had someone waiting for me within minutes I was in imaging and they had the results and specialist team on there way to me within 4hours They performed a emergency surgery that saved my life! I love this place and will never trust a different hospital again! The staff was super supportive very prompt and fantastic.

I delivered my second child at Genesys. I had a difficult delivery, however we were in good hands and everything turned out well. The nurses were good with their care. There were a few that I think were having a rough day and we're a little short. However they did apologize. I wouldn't say anyone was rude at all, and the care that my infant and I received were great. I wish they offered a meal to my husband as well though. I know Huron Valley hospital does. The overall experience was great with the birthing center, and the pediatrician that saw my son was great! She provided such great care of my son we decided to stick with her.

I had a horrible snowboarding accident at mt holly an this hospital was the closest option I had. They took very good care of me all the staff an doctors were on point with my medication an my needs, food wasn't bad at all for hospital food. I enjoyed my healing here an I bless all the doctors an nurse's for the wonderful work they did on helping me, on a fast recovery.

First off, if you're going here without health coverage, that's on you. Don't complain about the pricing because you'd be surprised what you would pay at larger establishments or for specialists.

Second, the hospital operates by priority and the seriousness of a patient's condition. They don't have an unlimited number of staffed employees, nurses or doctors. If you're waiting to be seen, patience is a virtue.

Third, the billing arrangements can be paid over their automatic system via webpage. If missed payments or returned funds occurs, there are processing fees. This is standard at any business establishment.

There is one star less for the review due to their technology systems. They have updated the name and a few staffing implementations but there are key elements that requires more emphasis to be a 5/5 hospital. It'll be interesting how the establishment expands and continues to strive for excellence in the near future.

Be careful with payment arrangements. We paid the bill off 2 months early and payments were still taken from our bank account for the remaining 2 months. Customer Service stated that it was my fault because I didn't tell the representative that took the final payment over the phone to cancel the payment arrangements (she also didn't cancel the payment arrangement because another payment was taken). It then takes them 4 - 6 weeks to send a check out for the refund. We'll see if we actually get a refund. Genesys also sent the bill to collections after it had been paid off. They have lost my trust.
