From the security guard to the admission to the most awesome nursing staff, I could not have asked for better care. And the doctors were top notch. Always new everything that was going on. Keep up the great work.

I was charged double the amount on a payment plan. When I called customer service the first time I was told the money would be refunded within 5 business days. The money was never refunded, so I called to check and was informed they only refund money once a month and they had no clue when I would be refunded. Meanwhile I had an substantial amount of money deducted from my account without my permission. I had to finally make a complaint through the BBB. I was then informed that they don’t refund to cards, even though both customer service reps informed me that is how they refund. They said they refunded the money by check on Sept. 9, but it wasn’t mailed until Sept. 11, and I still haven’t received a refund check. Beware when agreeing to a payment plan, and whatever you do do not give this place your card information for a draft.

The very best place to go in Upstate S.C. for medical care. Their doctors are the best of the best in my opinion. The nurses & technicians are extremely knowledgeable also. I would not consider using anything but the Greenville Hospital System for anything serious.

This place is the worst hospital I have seen in my life. The er is terribly slow and the doctors know absolutely nothing. Absolute garbage of a hospital!

My grandma had to get surgery almost a month ago. The staff was friendly and checked up on my grandma to make sure she had everything she needed. My grandma said overall there is not 1 bad thing she can say about it.
