This place is nicknamed dead shepherd for a reason.. one of my worst memories of this place is when my dad was in a life threatening accident. Not only did they “miss” his dislocated collarbone (which was sticking at least an inch or two out of his chest) they missed 3 to 4 broken ribs, and this was all after taking Xrays. It was only noticed over a week later when he went into a check up with our regular family doctor were these things diagnosed.. without the need of imaging because it was beyond obvious due to the bruising and the fact that his collarbone was not where it should have been.
If your injury or sickness can handle the drive to tri cities I highly suggest it. No member of my family has returned to this hospital.

Ridiculous, my sister who has been running fevers for multiple days went to get checked upon. They didn't do anything, other than a throat swab for strep throat. The test came back negative and just told her that it was the common sickness and was going to be fine and sent her home. She was still running the fevers and kept getting worse. She was taken to a hospital in Kennewick. It was a WAY better experience. They actually ran tests. Blood work, labs, and X-rays. To come back and actually be able to diagnose properly. She was diagnosed with Pneumonia. The nurse and doctor were nice, but I feel like more could've been done in Good Shepherd Hospital. I recommend going to Trios Hospital in Kennewick, if you're willing to make the drive.
