I Travel From Rome, To This High Quality Hospital, As A Patient I Receive Very Good Very Professional Medical Care. The Hospital Is Very Clean. The Staff Is So Very Polite, And Kind, And In My Experience Very Concerned About My Health. This Attitude Lead Me To Become A Very Proud Volunteer At AdventHealth Gordon

WARNING: If you plan to have a baby at this hospital don’t expect to have a happy experience. Staff are rude if you resist their commands or even question them. The patients wishes take a backseat to the providers convenience, nurses, PA’s, and Doctors. While I’m sure not all the staff are this way it is definitely the norm. You’re better off going to Chattanooga where providers listen to their patients and have their best interests at heart.

Leaving 1 star for the lack of empathy for their patients. Have pressed the nurses button several times with no response, staff says they are busy but they are mostly sitting around talking. My family member is in pain and they have not given her any medication for her pain, or offered anything to help her discomfort. She asked the nurse for a warm blanket and the nurse replied “they are right around the corner, you can get one yourself.” Unbelievable. She has been waiting for hours for relief. very unprofessional.

Great facility with the nicest, most helpful staff . Someone escorts you from each place to the next. To be a hospital, it was a very pleasant experience with wonderful, helpful staff. Other places would do well to take a page from their customer service plan.

They do not deserve any stars at all even especially after they knowingly lied about what happened at my hospital stay which almost killed both of the patients. They lied to save their own doctor than their own patients they claimed they cared about.
