I have deleted my previous review as I have been to the ER 2 more times since my original review. The staff here are very nice and do their best to help you and get you feeling better.

The ER doctors and nurses were fantastic! Beats OSF and Methodist in Peoria for sure. They were fast, professional, and knew exactly what I needed.

If there was a no star rating I would choose it

Wish I could give Graham an even lower rating as that’s what they deserve. Only go to this ER if you need a splinter removed, and be wary of that, they probably can’t even do that. The Dr. literally laughed in my face when I asked if he could try to find the cause of my pain rather than just throwing pills at me. On previous visit, I was given a “non-steroidal injection” for pain. They gave me the WRONG INJECTION as I found out later when speaking to my PCP. Not to mention they lie about conversations between patients and care team. Found this out when I looked at patient portal, then requested my charts after they said they ran tests that had NEVER been taken samples for. Go to a real hospital if you need any help whatsoever.

Horrible experience on Sunday. Had 3 nurses outside my door say “well our day just went to hell there’s 4 more people in the lobby. “ then came into my room called me names and treated me very poorly and very rudely. I highly recommend going to Peoria.
