Everyone's was wonderful They saved my life. From medical staff to cafeteria all were careing, attentive, kind. I would go the distance to return to them if need be. Highly recommend this hospital. Thank you to all who cared for me.

This medical center is a waste of time. There is a handful of good people who work here but most are incompetent. My son waited almost 2 hrs for a simple xray all because the doctor wanted to pass off his chart to the next doctor on the next shift. We didn't wait, we left. Save your time and just go to butler or Sharon.

Was transported by ambulance for a head injury. After being diagnosed with a possible concussion and cervical sprain I was discharged after 1 hour. The physicians said to follow up next day with PCP *incident occurred on a Friday). Since I wasn't able to be seen until the following week, I called and asked if they could call in some medications for a muscle relaxer. They replied to come vack in today ro be seen again? Have a person with a possible concussion drive from southern Butler back to Grove City just to change my insurance a second time. Not only preposterous but unscrupulous. Will never go again or be taken to this hospital again! You should be ashamed. " Do no harm?" So much for rhe Socratic oath

I went to this emergency room and the experience was awful... I had critical vitals; my blood pressure was very low and my heart rate was high. I had been sick for 9 days so far and on top of my flu-like symptoms I also had lightheadness and shortness of breath. The woman in triage commented on my high heart rate, so I know she noticed my vitals. I was put in a bed for about 45 minutes and then moved to a wheelchair out in the hallway. The first issue with this is they assumed I could sit up and wait. I told the nurses I was having trouble sitting up and I couldn’t do it and their response was “well we don’t know how long it is going to be for a doctor to see you.” They completely disregarded my condition. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting to be seen and miserable, I left and went to med express instead. As soon as I got to med express they noticed immediately something was wrong and when they took my vitals and noticed they were critical they called an ambulance to take me to Sharon regional hospital, where I was admitted and had excellent care. Point of the story is this hospital is lacking in triage and ranking patient priority. They neglected my condition and just assumed I would be okay sitting in the hallway in a wheelchair without consideration. They do not listen to their patients and the nurses made me feel awful for even mentioning my trouble.
